Die-Cut Labels

Die-Cut Labels can be round cornered, rectangles/squares, circles, ovals or any special shape.

Die-cutting removes the excess stock outside the label shape and thus requires more stock (10% or more, depending on shape) than butt-cut labels.

We have hundreds of die shapes and sizes available. Ask for details on creating a new die for any special shape you may need. Die-Cut on Rolls, Sheets or Fanfolded.

1. Roll labels
2. Single labels in shrink-wrapped stacks
3. Multiple labels per sheet
4. Die-cut fanfolded labels with or without pinfeed holes
5. Ask for details on available sizes
6. Die-Cut Printing Tip: Ink may print to full dimension (bleed off edges) of die-cut labels at no additional charge.
